Meghdoot is a joint initiative of the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) and Indian Council for Agriculture Research (ICAR) to bring high resolution weather. Ministries of Earth Sciences and Agriculture have launched a mobile app Meghdoot that will provide agro advisories to farmers.
