The Fundamental Rights listed in Part III of the Constitution are not absolute and hence, can be restricted on reasonable grounds by the legislation enacted by the Parliament. The Fundamental Rights are envisaged from Articles 12-35 and have been classified under six categories. President is a part of Union Executive, provisions of which are dealt with Articles 52 - 62. The Supreme Court of India is the country's highest judicial court. It came into being in January 1950. Articles 124 to 147 in Part V of the Constitution deal with Supreme Court.
