When they encounter unfamiliar words during a reading activity, students should be trained to use information in its context to correctly guess it's rough area of meaning while processing the meaning of the whole.In order to provide authentic assessment ofstudents' reading proficiency, a post listening activity must reflect the real life uses to which students might put information they have gained through reading.
