There are 8 friends named Pankaj, Qadir, Raju, Sameer, Tamal, Vikas, Wahida and Zaheer. They studied in three different IITs, namely – IIT Delhi, IIT Kharagpur and IIT Guwahati in three branches Civil, Chemical and Aerospace with not less than two and not more than three in any IITs. Not more than three of them study in any of the three branches. Wahida studies in Chemical branch in IIT, Kharagpur with Tamal who studies in Civil branch. Pankaj and Zaheer do not study in IIT, Guwahati and study in the same branch but not in Chemical branch. Raju studies in civil branch in IIT, Guwahati with Vikas who studies in Chemical branch. Sameer studies in Civil branch and does not study in the same IITs where Raju studies. Qadir does not study in Aerospace branch.
