(C) India and Pakistan exchanged the list of their nuclear installations 27 times under an agreement that aims to prevent both sides from attacking such installations till January 2018. The two sides exchanged the list under the Agreement on the Prohibition of Attack against NuclearInstallations between India andPakistan. The agreement,which was signed on December 31, 1988, and entered into force on January 27, 1991,provides that the two countries inform each other of nuclear installations and facilities to be covered under the pact on the 1st of January of every calendar year. The first exchange took place on January 1, 1992.
