The Dada Saheb Phalke Award is India's highest award in cinema. It is presented annually at the National Film Awards. The first recipient of the award was actress Devika Rani Veteran actor Anupam Kher has bagged the Dadasaheb Phalke Academy Awards 2017 that took place in Mumbai.
