The Right to Property was included as a Fundamental Right under Article 19(1) (f) and Article 31 in Part III of the Constitution. The 44th Amendment Act, 1978 removed the Right to Property from the list of Fundamental Rights and a new provision. Article 300A was added to the Constitution. Article 32 provides energy citizen of the country the right to move to courts for protection of his/her rights. This gives them the right to constitutional remedies. Article 19 (1) (d) provides the Fundamental Right to move freely throughout the territory of India. Article 19(1) (b) provides the Fundamental Right to assemble peaceably.
