The point of inviting stakeholders to these meetings is not to determine the success or failure of a project team member. The other responses are incorrect because they are all indeed valid reasons for the invitation. Agile methods focus
on bringing project priorities together with stakeholders’ priorities. Agile projects don’t plan or initiate work that is not supported or valued by the stakeholders.
