In an agile project, the short iterations require continuous collaboration and coordination. Every iteration is like a mini-project: it’s complete when delivered and makes chunks of work more accessible to manage than a whole project at
the end of its life cycle. The other responses are incorrect. Virtual teams don’t have to work in groups of two or three; while an Internet connection is used for communication, it’s not the best answer here; the project manager will
still be involved in facilitating and coaching the team, even if the teams are eventually self-led and self-organized.
