Allowing stakeholders to suggest new ideas and experiment with new concepts shows that everyone’s ideas have value. People get discouraged when a good idea is disregarded. Stakeholder engagement lets the opportunity that agile projects
present for small-scale, localized experiments in a supportive, low-risk environment. The other responses are incorrect: mandatory meetings won’t increase stakeholder engagement; meeting with business partners one-on-one may be a good
communication method, but it’s not the best choice here; agile plans change based on the product backlog.
