A. Candidate must be a postgraduate in commerce.
B. Candidate's age should be between 21 to 40 years as on January 1, 2021.
C. If a candidate does not fulfill Criterion A but has MBA with a specialization in Accounts and Finance, his/her case will be referred to the Board of Trustees, which may grant provisional permission to the candidate to appear in the interview.
D. Candidates fulfilling criteria A and B will be called for an interview.
E. A candidate who has secured 50% stipulated marks from the interviewers in the interview will be shortlisted for probation.
F. Such a candidate/candidate who has been awarded Grade B or above by his/her manager will be finally selected.
