Main aim of the POCSO act is to protect the child against sexual offences.
But section 34 has the provisions in case any such offence against a child is done by another child.
In that case, a case against the offending child will be registered under the Juvenile Justice Act 2015.
Law says, if any offence is done by a child below 18 years of age case is not registered against him like done in normal cases. Police have to follow Juvenile Justice act and procedure given there.
In those cases there are special Juvenile Boards established in every district to hear such cases.
