Mission Rainbow or Mission Indradhnush is the infant immunization program of the Government.
Mission Indradhanush aims to ensure that by the year 2020, at least 90 per cent of children have been vaccinated for seven diseases that can be prevented with vaccines.
These seven vaccine-preventable diseases include diphtheria, whooping cough, tetanus, polio, TB, measles and hepatitis B.
Mission Indradhanush' first-round first phase started on 7th April 2015.
