Article-98 of the Constitution of India defines for a separate secretarial staff for each House of the Parliament. 'Article-34' provides for the restrictions on fundamental rights while Martial Law is in force in any area within the territory of India. 'Article-155' is related to the appointment of Governor of a State. 'Article-123' of the Indian Constitution grants the President certain law-making powers to promulgate ordinances when either of the two Houses of Parliament is not in session.
