Ustad Alladiya Khan belonged to Jaipur Gharana of Hindustani music. He is recognised for his revival, reinterpretation and creations of many rare raags, compositions and techniques. Bhaskarbuwa Bakhale, Kesarbai Kerkar and Mogubai Kurdikar were his main disciples.
