Article 21 of the Indian Constitution deals with the protection of life and personal liberty. It declares that no person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to the procedure established by law.State doesn't have authority of deprive any person within the Territory of India is his/her personal liberty without any rational basis.Personal liberty can be secured by the judicial writ Habeas Corpus.Article 12 to 35 deals with the Fundamental Rights, in Part-III of the Indian Constitution. There are 6 Fundamental Rights.
