Directive Principles of State Policy cannot override all the fundamental rights. The Directive Principle of State Policy is enumerated in Part-IV of the Indian Constitution from Articles 30 to 51. These are constitutional instructions to the state in Legislative, Executive and Administration matters. It resembles the 'Instruments of Instructions enumerated in the Governmental of India Act of 1935. Dr. BR Ambedkar described these principles as novel feature of the Indian Constitution.
