Strengthening Teaching-Learning and Results for States (STARS) project seeks to cover six states namely Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Kerala and Odisha. STARS project was launched by the government of India and World Bank in 2020 . The STARS project's general aim and components are aligned with the Quality Based Learning Outcomes objectives of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
